• Provide legal advice on cash management and corporate banking
• Document transaction agreements for financial transactions
• Handle external counsel and strategic partnerships
• Participate in governance forums as legal representative

• Collaborate with regional and global legal teams

• Bengoshi - Japanese Bar Qualification (MUST)
• 5+ years of legal experience in law firm or financial institutions
• Native Japanese language proficiency (MUST)
• Advanced English language proficiency (MUST)
• Strong legal skills in financial transactions and regulations
• Experience with cash management, corporate banking, and global markets
• Experience in documentation of transaction agreements
• Ability to handle external counsel and strategic partnerships
• Experience in governance forums as a legal representative

• 金融取引に関する契約書の作成・管理
• 外部弁護士および戦略的パートナーシップの管理

• 弁護士資格（必須）
• 5年以上の法律事務所または金融機関での法務経験

• 契約の文書化および管理能力
