• - Serve as a resource for less experienced HR colleagues

• - 5+ years HR experience in multinational company
• - Fluency in Japanese and English
• - Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• - Experience in stakeholder management and communication
• - Experience leading HR projects with manageable risks
• - Experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is preferred but not mandatory
