I’m hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for a fast-growing enterprise AI Agent firm working directly with some of Japan’s largest companies.
You’ll work directly with CTOs and enterprise IT leaders, own the technical direction of engagements, and take AI Agent systems from architecture and PoC all the way into production.
The company already supports 80+ enterprise clients across finance, pharma, manufacturing and other major industries.

What you’ll own:
  • Architecture for enterprise AI Agent systems
  • Integration with core databases, identity platforms and workflows
  • Production reliability, security and guardrails
  • RBAC, audit logs and multi-tenant architecture
  • PoC → production strategy and implementation
  • Technical discussions directly with client CTO / IT teams
  • Architecture and code reviews across the FDE team
  • Mentoring other engineers

Tech:
TypeScript / Python / Rust
Next.js / React / Hono
OpenAI Agent SDK / Claude Agent SDK / MCP
Azure / AWS / Kubernetes / Docker
OpenTelemetry / GitHub Actions

Strong experience in enterprise architecture, cloud engineering and client-facing technical leadership is particularly valuable.
