As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead an AI-focused application team responsible for building and scaling data-driven product features. You will drive engineering strategy, collaborate closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams, and help grow a high-performing organization in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape both product direction and team culture while working on technology that has real-world industrial impact.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and development workflows
- Experience launching or scaling products alongside Product Managers
- Fluent business-level Japanese and English communication skills
- Experience managing engineering teams in fast-growing environments
- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities
