Our client is an international hotel brand expanding its presence in Japan, seeking a Senior Distribution Manager to build and own their online travel agency distribution strategy from the ground up. This role offers the unique opportunity to lead the entire Japan go-to-market strategy, shaping channel mix, partnerships, and pricing approaches with direct influence and ownership. 主な責任:
- 日本のOTA流通戦略を毎年策定し、責任を持つ
- 主要な国内OTAパートナーとの関係を交渉・管理する
- 強い需要のある新しいOTA流通パートナーを特定し、導入する
- 価格戦略を主導し、すべての流通チャネルで料金の均一性を確保する
- ランキング、キャンセル、レビュー、価格設定を含むパフォーマンスデータを分析する
- ホテルの開業前のデジタルおよび流通面を監督する
- 国際本社と連携し、日本市場戦略を調整する
- ポートフォリオの拡大に伴い、流通チームを率いて拡大する
- 高度なExcelおよび分析ツールを活用して流通に関する洞察を得る
- OTAまたはホテルのデジタル商業分野での3〜5年の経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
- ビジネスレベルの英語能力
- 高度なExcelスキル
- SQL、Googleアナリティクス、またはTableauの経験があれば望ましいが必須ではない
- OTAパートナーとの強力な交渉スキル
- 価格戦略および料金均衡管理の経験
- 市場投入戦略の立案および実行能力
- 日本の旅行消費者行動および予約パターンに関する知識
- マルチチャネル配信プラットフォームの管理経験
- ポートフォリオ拡大に伴うチームのリーダーシップおよび育成能力
- 完全リモートワーク、時折物件訪問あり
