They are seeking a Senior CX & UX Designer to join its Digital Solutions team in Tokyo. In this role, you will help enterprise clients solve complex business challenges by designing customer-centric digital experiences. You will lead UX initiatives from research and strategy through service design, prototyping, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions deliver both outstanding user experiences and measurable business value.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX design with strong expertise in Customer Experience (CX).
- Proven experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in Japanese and English
