• 企業法務および商業法務に関する法的助言を提供する
• ビジネス契約のレビュー、作成および交渉を行う
• 法的リスクおよび運営上のリスクを特定・管理する
• コンプライアンスおよび規制問題に関する社内関係者をサポートする
• 外部法律顧問と連携する
• 国際チームと共同で法的プロジェクトを推進する

• 日本での法務経験5年以上
• 日本の法的資格または同等の実務経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語のコミュニケーション能力
• 商業契約の作成および交渉経験
• 企業法務、規制、コンプライアンス、または商業法務の知識
• 多国籍企業や国際的な法務環境での経験があれば尚可

• Provide legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate business agreements
• Identify and manage legal and operational risks
• Support internal stakeholders on compliance and regulatory matters
• Coordinate with external legal advisors
• Collaborate with international teams on legal initiatives

• 5+ years of legal experience in Japan
• Japanese legal qualification or equivalent practical legal experience
• Business-level English and Japanese communication skills
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Knowledge of corporate, regulatory, compliance, or commercial legal matters
• Experience in multinational organizations or international legal environments is preferred but not mandatory
