Senior Corporate Counsel | シニアコーポレートカウンセル


A global organization is seeking an experienced legal professional to support a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters across the business. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and regional teams to provide practical legal guidance, support contract-related matters, and contribute to risk management initiatives in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities | 主な業務内容

  • Provide legal support and guidance on corporate and commercial matters
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of business agreements and related documentation
  • Support internal stakeholders on legal, compliance, and regulatory matters
  • Identify and manage potential legal and operational risks
  • Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary
  • Collaborate with regional and international teams on cross-functional initiatives
  • Support legal process improvements and documentation management activities
  • Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders and legal partners

Qualifications | 応募資格

  • 8+ years of legal experience in Japan
  • Japanese legal qualification or equivalent practical legal experience
  • Business-level English and Japanese communication skills
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Knowledge of corporate, regulatory, compliance, or commercial legal matters
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment
  • Experience in multinational organizations or international legal environments is a plus

業務内容

  • 企業法務および商務関連事項に関する法的サポート・アドバイス提供
  • 各種契約書および関連書類のレビュー、作成、交渉
  • 法務・コンプライアンス・規制関連事項に関する社内支援
  • 法的および業務上のリスクの特定・管理
  • 必要に応じた外部法律事務所との連携・調整
  • 海外・国内チームとのクロスファンクショナルな協業
  • 法務プロセス改善およびドキュメント管理のサポート
  • 社内外ステークホルダーとの円滑なコミュニケーション維持


応募資格


  • 日本における8年以上の法務実務経験
  • 日本の法的資格、または同等の法務経験
  • 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上
  • 商業契約書の作成・交渉経験
  • コーポレート、規制、コンプライアンス、商務法務に関する知識
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力および関係構築力
  • スピード感のある環境で自律的に業務推進できる方
  • 外資系企業または国際的な法務環境での経験歓迎
