• - Interpret Japanese financial regulations for compliance
• - Communicate with Japanese authorities and self-regulatory bodies
• - Review and update compliance manuals and policies
• - Monitor portfolio compliance for Japanese stocks
• - Conduct compliance training for staff
• - Advise on compliance for Japanese investment products
• - File substantial shareholding reports for Japanese stocks
• - Collaborate with global compliance and legal teams

• - Native Japanese language proficiency
• - 3+ years in Compliance, Legal, Risk Management, or Internal Audit
• - Experience in asset management compliance is preferred but not mandatory
• - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Accounting is preferred but not mandatory
• - Fluent in English
• - Familiarity with Japanese financial regulations (e.g., KLFB, FSA)
• - Experience with compliance training and policy review
• - Strong analytical skills for monitoring portfolio compliance
