• - Lead data quality initiatives for HR databases
• - Advise on financial implications of labor law changes
• - Enhance HR controlling frameworks across brands

• - 財務、FP&A、またはコントローリングの経験5年以上
• - ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語能力
• - 高度なExcelとデータモデリングスキル
• - HRコスト構造と給与計算の深い知識
• - Power Query、Power Pivot、DAXの基礎経験
• - HRデータガバナンスとプロセス最適化の経験
• - AIを活用した予測と報告ソリューションの知識
• - 複数事業体の報告およびクロスブランドプロジェクトの経験

• - 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, or Controlling
• - Business-level English and Japanese
• - Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
• - Strong knowledge of HR cost structures and payroll
• - Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX basics
• - Experience with HR data governance and process optimization
• - Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions for forecasting and reporting
• - Experience in multi-entity reporting and cross-brand projects
