The company develops platforms across securities, insurance and credit, working with major financial institutions and enterprises to replace complex legacy systems with flexible, scalable cloud-based architecture.
The business is also moving toward AI-native financial infrastructure, integrating Generative AI and AI agents into existing financial platforms and new products.

What You’ll Do
You will build backend services and infrastructure for financial platforms across securities, insurance and credit, as well as new data and AI-powered products.

Key responsibilities include
  • Design and build backend services primarily using Go
  • Develop APIs and server-side systems for financial products
  • Build and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS
  • Manage infrastructure using Terraform
  • Develop container-based applications with Docker
  • Design and optimize databases
  • Implement unit and E2E testing
  • Improve CI/CD, monitoring and operational reliability
  • Build secure, highly reliable systems for financial services
  • Develop new features using Generative AI
  • Operate and continuously improve production services

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong backend web application development experience
  • Experience with Go or another statically typed programming language
  • Hands-on experience building infrastructure on AWS or another major cloud platform
  • Unit and E2E testing experience
  • Business-level Japanese
  • Currently based in Japan
  • Professional working experience in Japan

主な業務
  • Goを中心としたバックエンドサービスの設計・開発
  • 金融サービスを支えるAPI・サーバーサイド機能の開発
  • AWSを中心としたクラウド環境の設計・構築
  • Terraformを用いたインフラ構築・改善
  • Dockerを活用したコンテナ環境での開発
  • データベース設計、性能改善
  • 単体テスト・E2Eテストの設計・実装
  • CI/CDや監視環境の改善
  • 高い安定性・セキュリティが求められる金融システムの設計
  • 生成AIを活用した新機能の開発
  • サービスリリース後の運用・継続的な改善

必須要件
  • Webアプリケーションのバックエンド開発経験
  • Goなど静的型付け言語を用いた開発経験
  • AWSなどクラウド環境でのインフラ構築経験
  • 単体テスト・E2Eテストの実装経験
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語力
  • 現在日本国内に在住している方
  • 日本企業・日本国内での就業経験
