•  Support full investment lifecycle from fund formation to asset operations
•  Prepare financial reports for investment funds
•  Coordinate with global teams and external advisors
•  Manage fund operations and capital deployment

•  Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
•  Experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or fund operations
•  Knowledge of JGAAP and/or IFRS
•  Experience with SPCs, funds, TMKs, or investment structures
•  5+ years of experience in investment or fund finance
•  Experience in real estate, private equity, or infrastructure funds is preferred but not mandatory
•  Familiarity with structured finance within financial institutions is preferred but not mandatory
