The company works directly with major banks, securities firms, asset managers, card companies and financial groups on enterprise AI and data transformation.
Unlike a traditional consulting firm, the business combines AI/Data consulting, technical delivery and proprietary solution development, supported by a strong network across Japan's financial technology and data communities.
The organization has grown to around 200 professionals while maintaining a highly autonomous, specialist-driven culture.

What You’ll Do
You will lead strategic AI and data transformation programs for major financial institutions.
This is primarily a client-facing project leadership role rather than a hands-on engineering position.

Key responsibilities include
  • Lead Generative AI and data transformation engagements
  • Develop enterprise AI and data strategies and roadmaps
  • Design and establish AI / Data CoE organizations
  • Define AI governance frameworks, policies and guidelines
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases across business functions
  • Lead business process transformation using Generative AI
  • Work with Data Scientists and Engineers and translate technical outputs for business stakeholders
  • Support AI talent development and organizational capability building
  • Lead discussions with senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk and compliance
  • Manage small cross-functional consulting and technical teams

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience delivering AI or data-related projects
  • Experience leading teams and driving complex projects
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems and turn them into executable plans
  • Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with Data Scientists and AI Engineers
  • Business-level Japanese for consulting with major Japanese financial institutions
  • Currently based in Japan

  • 技術成果物の理解と、経営層・事業部門への説明
  • AI・データ人材の育成や組織づくりの支援
  • 事業部門、IT部門、リスク管理、コンプライアンス部門など複数関係者との調整
  • 少人数のコンサルティング・技術チームのプロジェクトマネジメント

必須要件
  • AI・データ活用に関するプロジェクト経験
  • チームリードまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験
  • 顧客との折衝、関係者調整の経験
  • 曖昧な課題を整理し、実行可能な計画へ落とし込める方
  • データサイエンティストやAIエンジニアと技術的な議論ができる方
  • 大手日本企業とのコンサルティング業務を遂行できるビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
  • 現在日本国内に在住している方
