The team supports clients from AI strategy, CoE design, and governance through to implementation with Data Scientists and Engineers. They also develop their own Generative AI products, so the focus is on real adoption and business impact.
What you’ll work on:
- Lead Generative AI and data transformation projects
- Define AI / data strategies and roadmaps
- Design and support AI / Data CoE organizations
- Build AI governance frameworks
- Work closely with Data Scientists and AI Engineers
- Drive projects from strategy through implementation
- Experience in AI or data-related projects
- Project leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to connect technology with business problems
- Consulting experience is a plus, but NOT required
- Data Science, AI Engineering, Python, or SQL experience is valuable
- Business-level Japanese is required
- Compensation up to JPY 25M
- Work with some of Japan’s largest financial institutions
- Projects go beyond strategy decks into real implementation
- Exposure to GenAI, CoE, governance, and business transformation
- Work alongside strong AI and Data specialists
- Full flex and hybrid remote work
