Senior Accounting Manager シニア会計マネージャー - Financial Reporting (10-14m JPY, 4 days WFH)

• - Lead financial reporting under JGAAP and USGAAP
• - Manage relationships with internal and external auditors
• - Advise stakeholders on accounting strategies
• - Lead accounting-related projects as project manager
• - Review and submit tax-related reports
• - Provide financial analysis to support management decisions
• - Develop team members' capabilities and performance

• - Japanese CPA license
• - 5-10 years’ experience in Big-4 audit firms is preferred but not mandatory
• - Advanced business-level Japanese proficiency
• - Business-level English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
• - Project management experience in division-wide or company-wide projects is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with JGAAP and USGAAP
• - Experience in financial reporting and corporate accounting
• - Ability to manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities
