Our client, a fast-growing and well-known company in the K-Beauty industry, is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead their accounting team as they prepare for a new public listing. This role offers the opportunity to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, manage internal controls, and contribute to the organization's growth through team management. The position provides a chance to work closely with external auditors and accountants, with a focus on IPO preparation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax accountants
  • Develop and improve internal control processes
  • Approve domestic and international bank transfers
  • Operate and improve accounting systems like MoneyForward
  • Prepare for IPO and liaise with lead underwriters
  • Lead and manage the accounting team
  • Ensure accurate financial information through cross-department collaboration



Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of J-GAAP
  • Experience with external auditors and tax accountants
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency
  • Experience with accounting systems like MoneyForward, Bakuraku, or SAP
  • Degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in IPO preparation is preferred but not mandatory

主な業務内容:


  • 月次、四半期、年次の財務報告書の作成および管理
  • 買掛金、売掛金、キャッシュフローの管理
  • 外部監査人および税理士との調整
  • 内部統制プロセスの開発と改善
  • 国内外の銀行送金の承認
  • MoneyForwardなどの会計システムの運用と改善
  • IPO準備および主幹事との連携
  • 財務チームの指導と管理
  • 部門間の連携を通じた正確な財務情報の提供



応募資格:


  • J-GAAPの知識
  • 外部監査人および税理士との経験
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
  • MoneyForward、Bakuraku、SAPなどの会計システムの使用経験
  • 会計または財務の学位があれば尚可（必須ではありません）
  • IPO準備の経験があれば尚可（必須ではありません）
