Our client, a leading manager and operator of living sector assets in Asia Pacific, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for their Japan portfolio of serviced apartments, hotels, and co-living properties. Key Responsibilities:
- - Achieve sales KPIs for Japan market
- - Lead and motivate sales and reservations teams
- - Develop sales and marketing action plans
- - Analyze and report sales performance metrics
- - Manage Sales & Marketing P&L
- - Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand and sales conversion

Qualifications:
- - 4-6 years in sales, 3+ years managing sales teams
- - Proficiency in English and Japanese
- - Experience in residential real estate, OTA, or hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory
- - Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, PMS, RMS, and cloud platforms
- - Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory
- - Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- - Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends
