• - Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth

• - Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery

• - 10+ years in senior sales leadership in IDC or data center industry
• - Fluency in Japanese and English
• - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• - Experience managing large, complex deals and client portfolios
• - Experience with M&A initiatives is preferred but not mandatory
• - Knowledge of Japanese business culture is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with CRM software is preferred but not mandatory

• - IDCやデータセンター業界での10年以上のシニア営業リーダーシップ経験
• - 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
• - ビジネス、マーケティング、関連分野の学士号または修士号
• - 販売目標達成の実績
• - 大規模で複雑な取引や顧客ポートフォリオの管理経験
• - M&A関連の経験があれば尚可
• - 日本のビジネス文化に関する知識があれば尚可
