Our client, a renowned company in the fashion and apparel industry, is seeking a Retail Business Operations Manager to enhance operational excellence across all store locations. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic planning and digital optimization, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate brand philosophy to retail and hospitality teams
- Develop and implement store-specific strategies and initiatives
- Guide store staff in implementing new policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Digital Optimization team for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures
- Maximize selling hours to enhance customer experience
- Facilitate communication between stores and business partners
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in retail operations management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using English in a business context
- Experience with retail SOP development
- Familiarity with digital optimization tools
- Experience with Power BI is preferred but not mandatory
