Our client, a hotel in the hospitality industry, is seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join their pre-opening team. This role offers the opportunity to support the setup and daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experiences and high operational standards from the hotel opening onward.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations
Lead and train restaurant team members
Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns
Coordinate staff schedules and section assignments
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Support pre-opening setup and operational readiness
Collaborate with kitchen for seamless service
Manage inventory and stock ordering
Qualifications:
Previous experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations
Supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Experience with restaurant pre-opening procedures is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
Strong communication skills for coordinating with kitchen and other departments
