主な責任:
- レストランスタッフと運営を監督する
- 食品とサービスの品質を維持する
- 売上と予算を効果的に管理する
- イベントやイニシアチブを提案する
- スタッフのシフトをスケジュールする
- F&Bディレクターとヘッドシェフと協力する
- 従業員の満足度を向上させる
- 毎日日本語と英語でコミュニケーションをとる
要件:
- 日本語と英語の流暢さ（必須）
- 3年以上のレストラン管理経験（必須）
- ホテル管理または経営学の学士号
- ミシュラン星付きまたは高級ダイニング施設での経験が望ましいが必須ではない
- 販売および予算管理の知識が望ましいが必須ではない
