• - 3+ years of experience in fine dining management
• - Fluency in Japanese and English
• - Experience with wine program management is preferred but not mandatory
• - Knowledge of contemporary French cuisine is preferred but not mandatory

• 高級ダイニングの管理経験3年以上
• 日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力
• ワインプログラム管理の経験者歓迎（必須ではありません）
