This is a strong fit for QA engineers who want to work beyond test execution and help shape quality through automation, process design, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. The role can be aligned either more toward hands-on QA engineering or toward quality PMO, depending on your strengths and interests.
What you’ll do
- Design and execute tests for new and existing features
- Build and maintain test automation using code
- Promote test execution within CI/CD processes
- Improve quality standards, governance, and development processes across the organization
- Use data and AI tools to improve test efficiency and quality visibility
- Partner with product managers and engineers to solve cross-functional quality issues
- Help strengthen quality culture through knowledge sharing, training, and process improvement
- Years of experience in QA, software engineering, or project-related roles
- Hands-on experience with coded test automation, or strong testing and code review experience as a software engineer
- Business-level Japanese
- Compensation up to JPY 12M
