Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Clinical Research, Marketing, or Business (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
5+ years in pharma, in new product evaluation, project management, business development/licensing, or brand/strategic marketing

Experience in strategic analysis, forecasting, or business case development is a plus
Exposure to emerging modalities (e.g. gene therapy) is a plus
Languages
English: basic daily conversational level
Japanese: native or business fluency
Why This Role
A rare seat on the portfolio side of the business — shaping which assets get investment, not just executing a single product's plan
A genuinely two-way role: bringing Japan's perspective to Global as much as bringing Global strategy to Japan
A pipeline spanning multiple modalities, including gene and cell therapy — room to build breadth rather than being boxed into one product
