業務内容:

日々の業務運営の管理

効率的な旅行予約システムの導入

国際的なパートナーやクライアントとの調整

チームのパフォーマンスと生産性の管理

事業成長に向けた戦略の策定

- Oversee daily operations of the travel agency

- Implement travel booking systems for efficiency

- Coordinate with international partners and clients

- Manage team performance and productivity

- Develop strategies for business growth

応募資格:

1年以上のオペレーション管理経験

旅行業界での経験

日本語と英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力

優れた組織力とマルチタスク能力

旅行予約システムの知識

- 1+ years of experience in operations management

- Experience in the travel industry

- Fluency in Japanese and English

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Familiarity with travel booking systems
