They are hiring an LLM Research Engineer to work on frontier AI Agent problems, including reasoning, long-term memory, multi-agent systems, evaluation, and large-scale model optimization.

The company is building enterprise AI Agents that can connect across SaaS products and execute complex business workflows autonomously.
What you’ll work on
- Agent reasoning, planning, search, and tool use
- Long-term memory and context compression
- Multi-agent architectures and agent communication
- Multimodal and long-context systems
- LLM training, inference, and data optimization
- Agent evaluation and quantitative benchmarking
- Inference latency and cost optimization
- Reproducing and improving state-of-the-art research
- Strong background in LLMs, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering
- Experience building complex LLM-based agent systems
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or JAX
- Deep understanding of Transformers and modern LLM architectures
- Ability to read research papers and turn them into working implementations
- Strong Python engineering skills
- Master’s or PhD in CS, AI, ML, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
Experience with large-scale RL, RLHF / DPO, multi-agent systems, multimodal models, agent evaluation, or publications at NeurIPS / ICML / ACL / EMNLP is a strong plus.
