Qualifications:

  • - Experience in Italian cuisine
  • - Fluency in Japanese
  • - 2+ years of experience as a Line Chef
  • - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • - Experience with high-end dining environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • - Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
