Key Responsibilities:


- Review and support commercial contracts in Japanese and English
- Provide legal advice on business transactions
- Update privacy policies and terms of use
- Support data privacy and AI governance projects
- Work with external legal counsel in Japan and overseas
- Manage intellectual property rights and related issues
- Improve legal processes and internal governance


- 商業契約のレビューおよびサポート（日本語・英語）
- 事業取引に関する法的アドバイスの提供
- プライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約の更新
- データプライバシーおよびAIガバナンスプロジェクトのサポート
- 国内外の外部法律顧問との連携
- 知的財産権の管理および関連問題の対応
- 法務プロセスと内部ガバナンスの改善


Qualifications:


- Native-level Japanese and fluent English
- 2–5 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house)
- Must live and work in Japan
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or AI industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with data privacy and AI governance
- Experience with contract management software is preferred but not mandatory



- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語流暢
- 2〜5年の法務経験（法律事務所または企業内）
- 日本国内での居住および勤務が可能
- テクノロジー、SaaS、AI業界での経験歓迎（必須ではない）
- データプライバシーおよびAIガバナンスに精通していること
- 契約管理ソフトウェアの経験があれば尚可（必須ではない）
