Our client, an international company in the healthcare and medical industry, is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice and services. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, risk assessment, and anti-trust regulations, while working in a flexible environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate rights and obligations
- Draft contracts for leases, sales, and acquisitions
- Advise on risk assessment and anti-trust regulations
- Stay updated on healthcare industry regulations
Qualifications:
- LL.B. / LL.M. degree
- Fluent in Japanese and Business English
- 3+ years experience in law firm or corporate legal field
- Experience with healthcare industry regulations is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with contract law, mergers, and acquisitions is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience working in an English-speaking environment is preferred but not mandatory

- 英語を使用する環境での勤務経験があれば尚可
