Legal Contract Manager 法務契約マネージャー (JPY 14M+ salary, 4 days WFH)

•  Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
•  Advise on contract terms and commercial risk
•  Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
•  Identify contract risks and opportunities
•  Support contract changes and payment issues
•  Collaborate with sales and project teams during negotiations
•  Work with legal counsel on disputes and claims
•  Support international projects in a global environment

•  Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)
•  5+ years of contract management or commercial legal experience
•  Native Japanese, Fluent English language abilities
•  Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management skills
•  Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred but not mandatory
•  Familiarity with international contract law is preferred but not mandatory
•  Experience with contract management software is preferred but not mandatory

• グローバル環境での国際プロジェクトのサポート

• 法学士号（LL.B.）を取得
• 5年以上の契約管理または商業法務の経験
• 日本語ネイティブ、英語流暢
• 契約作成、交渉、リスク管理のスキルが強い
• 製造業またはエンジニアリング業界での経験があれば尚可
• 国際契約法に精通していれば尚可
• 契約管理ソフトウェアの経験があれば尚可
