I’m supporting one of Japan’s leading healthcare technology companies to hire an AI Transformation Lead.

This company has already built multiple mature healthcare products across the market and operates one of Japan’s largest telemedicine systems. Its products indirectly support the healthcare experience of tens of millions of patients.
Now, they are entering the next phase: making AI a core part of how every team works. You will work closely with senior leadership, identify high-impact business problems, build practical AI workflows yourself, and lead company-wide AI adoption from both a business and technical perspective.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute the company-wide AI transformation strategy
  • Build AI roadmaps based on business priorities and operational bottlenecks
  • Redesign business and product workflows using GenAI
  • Build practical AI agents and automated workflows
  • Lead AI governance, internal enablement, and AI culture-building across the company

Must have:
  • Experience leading company-wide AI adoption, DX, or transformation projects
  • Hands-on technical ability with GenAI, LLMs, API integration, and programming
  • Track record of delivering measurable business impact, not only PoC or strategy work
  • Strong communication skills with both executives and business teams
  • Business-level Japanese communication skills
Salary:
Up to JPY 15M
