Our client, a leader in force protection and perimeter security solutions, is seeking a Japan Sales Manager to drive business development and manage strategic partnerships in the data center and critical infrastructure sectors. This role offers the opportunity to lead sales initiatives and develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholders in Japan, contributing to the company's growth in the APAC region. The position is based in Japan and requires travel within the Asia Pacific region.
業務内容：
- 売上目標の達成
- 地域およびアカウントプランの作成と実行
- データセンター顧客との強固な関係構築
- 主要エンド顧客アカウントの特定と開発
- 業界規制当局およびセキュリティコンサルタントとの連携
- 主要アカウントベースのプロジェクトパイプライン管理
- EPCやシステムインテグレーションパートナーとの協力
- 日本での高セキュリティ周辺システムのプロモーション
- APAC戦略的イニシアチブと製品開発のサポート
応募資格：
- 日本での物理セキュリティまたは土木工学のセールス経験5年以上
- 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力
- 周辺セキュリティおよびアクセス制御の経験があれば尚可
- 重要インフラ分野での顧客管理経験
- セキュリティシステムインテグレーターの経験があれば尚可
- 建設ゼネコンまたはEPCの管理経験
- 日本国内およびアジア太平洋地域への出張意欲
- SalesforceなどのCRMソフトウェアの経験があれば尚可
