Our client, a technology company specializing in advanced measurement and testing solutions, is seeking a Japan Finance Lead to report directly to the President. This top managerial role offers the opportunity to lead accounting, financial management, and compliance operations, with a focus on preparing for IPO and designing stock option programs. The position offers an annual salary of up to 15,000,000 JPY, twice-yearly bonuses, stock options, and full transportation reimbursement.

業務内容：

- 会計および財務管理の統括

- 法令遵守の枠組みの構築と運用

- ストックオプションプログラムの設計と管理

- IPO準備および外部監査法人との調整

- 経営陣向け財務報告書の作成

- 日本国内のファイナンステームのリード

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounting operations and financial management

- Establish and operate internal compliance frameworks

- Design and manage stock option programs

- Prepare for IPO and coordinate with external auditors

- Prepare financial reports for executive management

- Lead finance team in Japan

- Report directly to the company president

応募資格：

- 学士号以上

- 会計・財務分野での5年以上の経験

- 実務経験に基づく会計・財務知識

- 簿記2級以上の資格

- ビジネスレベルの英語力

- ストックオプション制度の設計経験（日本または米国）は優遇

- コンプライアンス関連の経験は優遇

- IPO準備および調整の経験

- 日本語の流暢さ

- 財務分析および報告の経験

- キャッシュフロー管理の経験

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- 5+ years in accounting/finance

- Practical experience in accounting and finance

- Bookkeeping Level 2 certification

- Business-level English proficiency

- Experience designing stock option systems (Japan or U.S.) is preferred but not mandatory

- Compliance-related experience is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience with IPO preparation and coordination

- Fluency in Japanese

- Experience in financial analysis and reporting

- Experience in cash flow management
