• - Lead and execute audits for Global Markets business
• - Assess control environment and recommend improvements
• - Provide updates on business, risk, and control practices
• - Communicate audit results and issues effectively
• - Manage relationships with key stakeholders
• - Stay updated on regulatory changes and market events

• - 6+ years audit or compliance experience in financial services
• - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• - Proficiency in business Japanese and English (written and verbal)
• - Experience leading audits and executing audit methodology
• - Strong knowledge of internal control concepts
• - Professional certification such as CPA, CA, CIA, CAMS, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory

• - 金融サービス分野での6年以上の監査またはコンプライアンス経験
• - 会計、金融、または関連する学位取得者
• - ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語の読み書き・会話能力
• - 監査の主導経験と監査手法の実行力
• - 内部統制の概念に関する強い知識
• - CPA、CA、CIA、CAMS、または同等の専門資格を保有していると尚良し
