Our client, a leading company in the manufacturing, food, and beverage industry, is seeking an HRBP (Corporate) to join their strategic HR business partner team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with IT business leaders, driving mid-to-long-term talent strategies and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term talent strategies for IT department
- Collaborate with business leaders on organizational strategies
- Advise on HR, organizational, and cultural issues
- Support IT department's business and market understanding

Qualifications:
- 5+ years HR experience in talent management, HR systems, ER
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience in HRBP roles (is preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in IT department HRBP roles (is preferred but not mandatory)
- HR experience in IT or DX companies (is preferred but not mandatory)
