- Analyze recruitment data and report to executives

Qualifications:
- 7+ years HR experience
- 5+ years recruitment experience, including mid-career hiring
- Experience leading recruitment projects or teams
- Proficiency in direct recruiting and modern hiring methods
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and executives
- Experience using data for decision-making and improvement proposals
- Experience with ATS implementation and management is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding is preferred but not mandatory
