Key Responsibilities

- Develop company-wide recruitment strategies

- Manage recruitment for new graduates, mid-career, and special categories

- Lead and develop the recruitment team

- Improve recruitment processes using ATS

- Analyze recruitment data and report to executives

- Coordinate with departments to define hiring needs

- Execute recruitment marketing and branding strategies

Qualifications

- 7+ years HR experience

- 5+ years recruitment experience, including mid-career hiring

- Experience leading recruitment projects or teams

- Proficiency in direct recruiting and modern hiring methods

- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and executives

- Experience using data for decision-making and improvement proposals

- Experience with ATS implementation and management is preferred but not mandatory

- Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding is preferred but not mandatory

7年以上の人事経験

5年以上の採用経験（中途採用を含む）
