HR Business Partner 人事ビジネスパートナー

An international consumer-focused organization is seeking an HR Business Partner to support business leaders and employees across multiple functions in Japan. This role will work closely with stakeholders to drive talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The position offers broad exposure across HR disciplines within a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on people-related matters
  • Support talent management, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives
  • Advise managers on employee relations matters and facilitate effective resolutions
  • Contribute to succession planning and leadership development activities
  • Monitor workforce-related metrics and support budgeting processes
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive employee experience
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement activities

主な業務内容
  • 事業部門に対する人事面でのアドバイスおよびサポート
  • タレントマネジメント、人材育成、要員計画の推進
  • 労務・従業員関係に関する課題への対応および問題解決支援
  • 後継者育成およびリーダーシップ開発施策のサポート
  • 人員関連指標の管理および予算策定の支援
  • 人事チームと連携した人事制度・施策の運用
  • 従業員エンゲージメント向上および働きやすい職場環境づくりへの貢献
  • 各種人事プロジェクトへの参画


Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Experience in talent management, organizational development, recruitment, employee relations, or related HR functions
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
  • Experience working within a multinational company environment preferred
  • Familiarity with HR information systems is advantageous
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus
  • Experience in consumer products, retail, technology, media, or other international business environments is preferred

応募資格
  • 人事領域での実務経験5年以上
  • タレントマネジメント、組織開発、採用、労務管理などの経験
  • 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
  • 多国籍企業での勤務経験があれば歓迎
  • HRシステムの利用経験があれば尚可
  • ダイバーシティ＆インクルージョンに関する知識があれば歓迎
  • 消費財、小売、テクノロジー、メディア、または国際的な事業環境での経験があれば歓迎
