• Ensure smooth hotel operations during night shifts
• Maintain guest safety and security overnight
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Supervise night staff and manage shift schedules
• Monitor hotel systems and emergency protocols
• Prepare nightly financial and operational reports

• Hotel Night Manager experience required
• Business-level English proficiency necessary
• Proven experience in luxury brand hotels
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Ability to read, understand, and analyze financial budgets
• Experience with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel) is preferred but not mandatory
• Japanese language proficiency is preferred
• Experience in guest relations and conflict resolution is preferred but not mandatory
