Our client, a leading luxury brand group, is seeking a Hospitality Senior Manager to lead and elevate its hospitality activities in Japan, including its cafés and restaurants. This key leadership role, based in Tokyo, offers the opportunity to drive strategy, operations, and customer experience while maintaining luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead café and restaurant operations in Japan
Implement strategies to enhance customer experience
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with global teams on service and branding
Recruit, train, and mentor hospitality staff
Manage financial planning and profitability improvement
Monitor KPIs and business performance
Adapt global hospitality practices to Japanese market

Qualifications:
Fluency in Japanese and English
8–10 years of luxury hospitality management experience
3–5 years in senior leadership managing multi-unit F&B operations
Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in high-end restaurants, cafés, hotel F&B, luxury retail, or fashion is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with financial management and budget planning
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to coordinate with global teams and adapt practices to local market
