Our client, a Japanese AI company, is seeking a Head of Strategy to lead the design and execution of company-wide strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the executive team, integrating capital, business, and product strategies for global expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate capital, business, and product strategies
- Translate strategies into actionable plans
- Lead corporate actions like M&A and joint ventures
- Develop global market entry strategies
- Plan and support strategic fundraising initiatives
- Coordinate strategy execution with relevant departments
- Communicate with stakeholders and prepare materials
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in strategy formulation and execution in global corporations
- Practical experience in financial modeling
- Direct involvement with executives in decision-making
- Business-level English or higher
- Experience with AI or technology sector is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in M&A, joint ventures, or business partnerships is preferred but not mandatory
