• - Lead and mentor the Human Resources team
• - Align HR strategy with hotel commercial objectives
• - Oversee compliance with labour laws and company policies
• - Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
• - Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• - Contribute to hotel strategy and operational decisions
• - Develop employee satisfaction initiatives
• - Handle employee relations and labour disputes

• - Minimum 2 years in Human Resources or Labour Relations
• - Solid understanding of employment and labour legislation
• - Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• - HR experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
