We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Assistant Manager for a luxury hotel in Kyoto. You will play a key role in managing front office operations and ensuring guests have a great experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage front office operations to ensure excellent guest services

フロントオフィス業務を管理し、優れたゲストサービスを提供する。

Lead a team of 15, fostering teamwork and efficiency

15人のチームを率い、チームワークと効率性を高める。

Work with other departments to improve guest satisfaction

他部門と連携し、ゲスト満足度を向上させる。

Implement and oversee standard procedures to maintain service quality

サービス品質を維持するため、標準手順を実施し管理する。

Help with budget planning and management for the department

部門の予算計画および管理を支援する。

Handle guest questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally

ゲストからの質問に対応し、迅速かつプロフェッショナルに問題を解決する。

Qualifications:

Experience in a front office or guest services role in the hotel industry

ホテル業界でのフロントオフィスまたはゲストサービスの経験がある方。

Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team

チームを動機づけ、管理するための優れたリーダーシップスキル。

Excellent communication and people skills in a diverse environment

多様な環境での優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。

Willingness to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
