• Turn complex business problems into practical technical solutions
• Combine LLMs, APIs, and SaaS tools into production systems
• Own the full cycle from prototyping to rollout and continuous improvement
• Redesign workflows around AI-native operations

• Experience building AI applications or business systems
• Strong hands-on skills with LLMs, APIs, and system integration
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear technical architecture
• Experience shipping solutions into real production use, not just PoCs
• Strong execution skills and the ability to iterate quickly
• Business-level Japanese proficiency

• Compensation starts from JPY 7M
