I’m currently hiring for the company behind Japan’s No.1 recipe video platform, now building AI Agents to transform the food supply chain.
The company has built a unique ecosystem connecting tens of millions of consumers, 35,000+ retail stores, and many of Japan’s largest food and beverage companies.

Now, they are using that industry network and proprietary purchase, receipt, and retail data to build Kurashiru AI OS, a new AI Agent platform for manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
The goal is ambitious: automate an industry where critical workflows still rely heavily on FAX, paper, Excel, and manual operations.

As an FDE, you will work directly with customers and own the entire process from problem discovery to production.

What you’ll work on:
  • Identify operational problems directly with customers
  • Design and build AI Agent solutions from 0 to 1
  • Automate workflows involving FAX, Excel, documents, and unstructured data
  • Build full-stack applications and AI Agent infrastructure
  • Work with AI-OCR, guardrails, durable workflows, and LLMs
  • Take prototypes into production and continuously improve them

What they are looking for:
  • Strong Web / Backend engineering fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs
  • Experience using Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI coding tools
  • Ability to own both technical decisions and customer problems
  • Full-stack TypeScript, AWS, AI-OCR, or workflow experience is a plus
  • Strong Japanese communication skills
