Founded only a few years ago, the company has already grown to more than 200 employees, including around 120 engineers. It operates nine AI products and supports approximately 200 enterprise clients across finance, manufacturing, retail, and real estate.
What you will do
• Analyze client workflows, systems, and data environments
• Rapidly build LLM and AI agent prototypes
• Integrate enterprise SaaS platforms through APIs and data pipelines
• Develop full-stack workflows from proof of concept to production
• Support deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Feed client insights directly into the product roadmap
Ideal background
• Professional software engineering experience
• Full-stack development across backend and frontend
• Experience building applications with LLMs or generative AI
• Cloud development experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Fluent Japanese for technical and client-facing discussions
Compensation: Up to ¥20M
Location: Tokyo
Working style: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Tech stack: Python, TypeScript, React, Next.js, LangChain, LangGraph, GCP, Kubernetes
