About the Company

A global technology company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help enterprise customers turn cutting-edge Generative AI technology into real, production-ready solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of Software Engineering, AI, Cloud, and Consulting, working directly with customers to solve complex technical challenges and build AI systems that deliver measurable business impact.

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll be an embedded technical partner for customers, helping them move AI projects from prototypes into production. You’ll work hands-on with technologies such as LLMs, AI agents, RAG, Python, and Cloud platforms, while integrating AI solutions into real-world enterprise environments.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Practical experience building applications using pre-trained AI/ML models
  • Experience with Generative AI, such as prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, or tool/function calling
  • Business-level Japanese and English, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
