I am supporting a fast-growing enterprise AI company backed by a listed technology group in hiring Forward Deployed Engineers.
The company is building an AI-powered “enterprise brain” that connects fragmented SaaS platforms and allows AI agents to execute business workflows autonomously.
You will work directly with enterprise customers, identify real operational problems, build AI solutions, and support production deployment.

What You Will Do
• Analyze customer workflows, data, and existing SaaS systems
• Design and build AI agent workflows and rapid PoCs
• Develop full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript
• Integrate platforms such as Salesforce, SmartHR, and other enterprise SaaS tools
• Support production deployment and user adoption
• Feed customer insights directly into the product roadmap

Requirements
• Full-stack development experience
• Experience building LLM or generative AI applications
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Fluent Japanese for customer and product discussions
