I’m hiring Forward Deployed Engineers for one of Japan’s fastest-growing enterprise AI companies.
The vision is ambitious: connect a company’s fragmented SaaS, data and workflows, then enable AI Agents to autonomously execute real business processes.
Think of it as building an AI-native operating system for the enterprise.

What you’ll do:
  • Work directly with executives and frontline teams to uncover operational problems
  • Design AI-native workflows across existing enterprise systems
  • Build fast PoCs using LLMs and AI Agents
  • Integrate platforms such as Salesforce, SmartHR and other SaaS through APIs
  • Develop across Python, TypeScript, React and Next.js
  • Take solutions from prototype to production and user adoption
  • Feed real customer problems directly back into the product roadmap

The company already works with around 200 enterprise customers and has a 120+ person product and engineering organization.
FDE is now one of its highest-priority areas for expansion.
