As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will work directly with enterprise clients to identify business challenges, design AI-powered solutions, build prototypes, and bring them into production.
This is a highly hands-on role where requirements are often not fully defined. You will have significant autonomy in deciding what to build, how to build it, and how to improve it after launch.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience clarifying ambiguous requirements and driving implementation through stakeholder communication
- Strong interest in AI transformation and solving real-world business problems
- Business fluency in Japanese
- FDE or previous AI experience is not required.
